This project involved the removal and replacement of deteriorated exterior façade panels with DensGlass fiberglass mat sheathing to reinforce the building envelope and improve weather resistance.
The scope addressed exterior deterioration caused by prolonged environmental exposure. Proper substrate preparation, panel alignment, fastening compliance, and weather barrier integration were critical to restoring enclosure system integrity.
Scaffolding systems were installed to provide safe access in an occupied building environment. Coordination with site conditions and additional corrective work beyond the original scope ensured proper installation, enhanced façade performance, and long-term structural durability.
